The prescription
The doctor providing your treatment or your GP will prescribe a health resort stay when needed. Submit the prescription to your health insurance provider as quickly as possible so that you receive the commitment to cover costs before your stay.
The registration
You can register at any time by phone. Provide us with the health resort prescription, and a medical or nursing report if possible, before your arrival. Are you coming to the health resort after a hospital stay? Then we recommend that you carry out the registration via the hospital’s welfare service. They will deal with all of the administrative tasks directly with us.
The costs and invoicing
Hotel costs
- Payment takes place on site on your departure.
- Clarify the contributions that your health insurance provider will make for accommodation and meals before your stay. These contributions will be based on your individual supplementary insurance.
Outpatient care & assistance
- You will receive the invoice by post.
Medical purchases & services
- The pharmacy will bill the health insurance provider directly for any medication covered by the health insurance. You will receive an invoice by post for all other medication and purchases not covered by the health insurance.
Doctor’s appointments
- You will be invoiced directly by Hirslanden Klinik St. Anna.
Physiotherapy
- We settle this directly with the health insurance provider.
Care, physiotherapy and medication will be covered by the basic insurance via a refund. You only pay the deductible and excess. In the event of rejection, we reserve the right to invoice you. If you do not live in Switzerland, or direct invoicing from us is not accepted in the area where you live, we reserve the right to forward the invoice for the financing of the remaining costs to you.
