Information on the stay

Costs will only be covered/a contribution will only be made to the health resort stay if the policyholder gives the health insurance provider prior notification. The fees for medical services, nursing and assistance provided in relation to this admission will be billed according to the Tarmed/Spitex tariff systems.

Health condition

Medical confirmation of the need for a health resort stay

I believe that outpatient treatment cannot be considered. A health resort stay is required for the following medical reasons:

Contact with social service/registration

File upload

Attachments, stamp and signature of the referring doctor

Referring doctor/institution
