A stimulating location

Music, film, lectures, discussions and a beautiful library are all part of a varied cultural programme, which enriches our guests’ stays and ensures they never get bored. We are proud that time and again we are able to welcome interesting minds to give lectures at Sonnmatt. There is also lots to discover in the city of Lucerne. The free shuttle bus takes you to the heart of the cultural city of Lucerne in no time.

LILU Festival of Light Lucerne

At the start of every year, Lucerne becomes a beacon of light. The next LILU festival will take place from 15 to 25 January 2026.
