The acclaimed and award-winning Tenebrae Choir, conducted by Nigel Short, will perform Handel's magnificent work together with the Basel Chamber Orchestra, playing on historical instruments. The legendary ‘Tenebrae sound’ stands for vocal artistry par excellence and can be experienced with particular intensity in English sacred music.
